At Dovetail’s beer hall on Saturday, April 26, they’ll showcase the beers we make that reflect this region of Germany—Rauchbier and Lager. Rauchbier, of course, being the famous, smokey beer of Bamberg.

We will showcase a couple of the region's delicacies: The Coburger Bratwurst (we first grilled these up at our Holiday Market last year) and the Bamberg-style onion.
